Gardening Class

Karen Isaacson, Clayton County Master Gardener, will present a class entitled “Perfect Plants for Problem Areas" on Thursday, July 26, from 12:15-1 p.m., at Clayton County International Park, “The Beach”. The class will cover topics such as shade issues, full sun, slopes, deer-proof plants, drought situations and plants that thrive on neglect. Enter Park at International Park from 2300 Hwy 138. Follow signs to park in VIP (go right at 2nd stop sign); enter VIP building through double doors facing the beach and go to 2nd floor via stairs or elevator. REMEMBER: The classes are free, but please let us know you are coming so we will have enough hand-outs. Register at 770-473-5434, or email hortpa@uga.edu.
