Southern Belle Farm, a 200-acre working farm just south of Atlanta, Georgia opened the gate to the Strawberry Patch early April 15. After patiently waiting, customers can now visit the farm and hand-pick their own strawberries right from the plants.

The farm is open to the public where folks can come and hand-pick fresh strawberries right from the patch. The season could last through the end of May, but we recommend not to wait, folks should come get them now while the are ready. Picking hours can vary depending upon availability. The farm encourages visitors to call before coming, but standard hours are Monday through Saturday 8am - 6pm, Sunday 1 - 6pm, as long as there are ripe berries.

If someone is not into picking their own berries, they can call the farm in advance and order pre-picks, at 770.288.2582. Folks can always check the farm’s homepage at www.SouthernBelleFarm.com for updates, or follow Southern Belle Farm on Facebook.
