Gary Wayne Joiner

Gary Wayne Joiner of Riverdale passed away Thursday, April 17, 2003.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 19 at Jonesboro Church of God on South Main Street in Jonesboro, with the Rev. Mylan Brookins, the Rev. Danny Henderson and the Rev. Milton Pate officiating.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas F. Joiner of Riverdale and Iron City; brother, Larry T. Joiner of Riverdale; nephew, Joshua T. Joiner of Jonesboro; niece, Lauren M. Joiner of Jonesboro; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family has asked in lieu of flowers that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or Embracing Hospice, 519 Forest Parkway, Suite 210, Forest Park, Ga. 30297.

Tammy Klein of Jonesboro passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2003.

Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. today, Friday, April 18, at Dickson's Jonesboro Chapel, with the Rev. Earl W. Klein and the Rev. Don Long officiating.

Survivors include her daughter, Crystal Klein; son, Chris Klein sisters, Debbie Smith, Vickie Kronengold and Tere Dobson; brother, Vince Thrift; mother, Jacqueline Brungardt; stepmother, Alice Thrift; stepfather, Donald Merkle; father of Crystal and Chris, Walk Klein.

Rhunell Kathleen Lovejoy

Mrs. Rhunell Kathleen Lovejoy, age 83, of Locust Grove and formerly of Forest Park, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2003, at her residence.

Mrs. Lovejoy was born Nov. 26, 1919, in Washington County, Ga. to the late John Morgan Johnson and the late Eolia Wynne Johnson. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 19 in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, with the Rev. J.C. Chapman officiating. Interment will follow at 1 p.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Forest Park.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Clifford C. Lovejoy; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Helen Lovejoy of Locust Grove; grandchildren, Jill and Kevin Tutin, Aen Kavanagh, Siovhain Kavanagh, Carlo Lovejoy, Marco Lovejoy, and Blane Beck; great-grandchildren, Tagan Tutin, Kenley Tutin, and Stormy Rupert; sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Santo Marzano of Pennsylvania.
