Mildred Allison Collins Singleton of Riverdale passed away Friday, Aug. 8, 2003.
Mrs. Singleton was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by Jackie Hamby. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 10 at Tara Garden Chapel. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include her daughters, Joyce Smallwood of Riverdale and Janice Moody of Newnan; son, Johnny M. (Leslie) Singleton of Jonesboro; sisters, Marie Evans of Union City and Frances Adams of McDonough; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today, Saturday, Aug. 9 from 5 to 8 p.m. Tara Garden Chapel, Jonesboro is in charge of arrangements. (770) 471-7171.More like this story
