Norma "Dee" Blackburn Mrs. Norma "Dee" Blackburn, 81, of Jonesboro, passed away Monday, June 2, 2003, at her residence. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 9 at Ford-Stewart Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ray Wiggins officiating. Survivors include her sons, Richard N. Blackburn of Franklin, Tenn. and Roger Blackburn of Crescent Springs, Ky.; grandchildren, Rebecca Blackburn, Christopher Blackburn, and Brooke Blackburn; brothers, Elmer Horne of Cincinnati, Ohio, Wendell Horne of Boca Raton, Fla., Glenn Horne of Cartersville, Ga., and Donald Horne of Cincinnatti, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Portsbridge Hospice Foundation, 115 Huntington Park Drive, Fayetteville, Ga. 30214. The family will receive friends Monday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Ford-Stewart Funeral Home, Jonesboro is in charge of arrangements. (770) 210-2700.More like this story
