In an effort to keep costs low for fans attending Winston Cup races, Atlanta Motor Speedway and the Henry County Convention and Visitors Bureau have teamed up to offer an unprecedented discount package for the entire Georgia 500 weekend.
Packages will include tickets for three days of racing, two nights accommodations at a nearby hotel, a shuttle to and from the Georgia 500, as well as discount restaurant coupons for nearby eateries.
Fans will have the option of two different ticket packages to choose from, with basic packages just $325 and premium packages just $425 for two people for the entire weekend.
For just $325, the basic package will include a pair of frontstretch tickets to the Oct. 24 Georgia-Pacific Qualifying Night, a pair of EastTurn tickets for the Oct. 25 Aaron's 312 Busch race and a pair of Weaver Grandstand (backstretch) tickets for the Oct. 26 Georgia 500.
Accommodations for Friday and Saturday night will be at the Microtel Inn and Suites at Eagle's Landing or the Amerihost Inn at Eagle's Landing.
A shuttle will be provided to and from the hotel for the Georgia 500. The premium package will be $425 and will include all the same benefits as the basic packages but with an upgraded ticket deal. In addition to the pair of frontstretch tickets to the Oct. 24 Georgia-Pacifc.
Qualifying Night and the pair of East Turn tickets for the Oct. 25 Aaron's 312 Busch race, premium package buyers will receive a pair of Earnhardt or Petty Grandstand tickets for the Oct. 26 Georgia 500. For an additional $50, either package can be upgraded to a suite at the Microtel Inn.
