William Hall (W.H.) Brown
William Hall (W.H.) Brown, age 88, of Locust Grove and formerly of Moultrie, passed away Friday, June 20, 2003, in Stockbridge.
Mr. Brown was a member of Conley First Baptist Church and served during World War II in the Army Air Force.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 22 at Tara Garden Chapel, with the Rev. Kenneth Haag and the Rev. Craig Bowers officiating. Interment will follow at the Westview Cemetery, with the Rev. Joe Slocum officiating.
Survivors include his daughters, Carolyn Brown Rentz of Locust Grove and Shirley Brown Williford of Locust Grove; grandchildren, Angelina Rentz Mitchell, San Norman Rentz Jr., Jeffery Rentz, Andrew Rentz, Danny Lee Williford Jr., Kimberly Williford Eldridge, and Bradley Williford; seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Tara Garden Chapel. Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Monday, June 23 at Harrell-Faircloth Funeral Home in Moultrie.

Clyde (Mike) Michael
Clyde (Mike) Michael of Jonesboro passed away Friday, June 20, 2003.
Mr. Michael was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army in the Pacific campaign.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 23 at the chapel, with the Rev. Charles Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Michael; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Salomon Lorenzano; daughter, Donna VanPuymbrouck; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Joan and Rex Williams; stepson and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Doris Carter; grandchildren, Michael and Kelly VanPuymbrouck, Kevin Williams, and many friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home the afternoon and evening of Sunday, June 22.

Hettie Young Priest
Mrs. Hettie Young Priest, age 95, of Stockbridge, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2003, at the Center for Long Term Care in Jonesboro.
Mrs. Priest was born Dec. 6, 1907 in Cleburne County, Ala. to the late William Young and the late Molley Maddox Young. Her husband, Robert Priest, and stepson, Clemon Priest, preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, June 23 at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Acworth.
Survivors include nieces, Sheree Bryant of Stockbridge, Gail Mullins of McDonough, and Nettie Deemer of Alabama; nephew, Clifford Young of Alabama; stepdaughters, Louise Nelson of Woodstock and Maggie Oliver of Roswell; several grandsons and granddaughters.
Friends may visit the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 22 at the funeral home.
