The Jonesboro Lady Cardinals' season came to an end Wednesday night in Savannah.
In the first round of the Class AAAAA state soccer tournament, the Lady Cardinals lost 4-3 to St. Vincent's Academy in a game that was determined on penalty kicks.
The game went into double overtime and ended in a 3-3 tie.
"All the girls played an amazing game," Jonesboro head coach David Priser said.
