Thelma Glanton, widow of Loyd E. Glanton, died Friday, May 23, 2003.
She was a Baptist and was retired form Rich's. She was a member of Eastern Airlines Retirees Association and was a member of Taraettes Shrine Club.
She is survived by her sister, Betty Overturf of Newton, Iowa.; a niece, Shara Van Baale of Newton; nephews, Douglas Overturf of Des Moines, Iowa, and Berry Pendley of Kennesaw; and cousins, Patsy Tigner and Stephen Tigner, both of Fort Worth, Texas.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 25, 2003, at Parkway Garden Chapel, 1000 Forest Parkway, Forest Park.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, May 25 at Parkway Garden Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Clayton County Humane Society in memory of Thelma Glanton.

Rebecca Baker Marlow
Rebecca Baker Marlow, 77, of Hampton, Ga., died May 22, 2003, at LaFayette Nursing and Rehab Center in Fayetteville.
Mrs. Marlow was born April 29, 1926, in Forsyth County. She was the daughter of the late Aggie Hawkins and Lester Baker.
She was preceded in death by her husband in November 1982.
Survivors include children, Brenda and John Nelson of Yuma, Ariz., Linda and Bobby Mitchell of Mendota, Va., Faye and Steve Floyd of Jackson, Ga., and Anna and George Montague of Locust Grove, Ga.; and nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Mrs. Marlow will be Sunday, May 25, 2003, at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles E. Clark officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
