Mildred "Millie" Abercrombie Mrs. Mildred "Millie" Abercrombie, 62, of Rex, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2003. Her son, Ronald K. Abercrombie Jr., preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today Saturday, May 31 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with remains placed in state at 1 p.m. The Rev. Chris Reynolds will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Ronald Abercrombie; daughter, Alicia Bowden of Lake City; son, Jeff Abercrombie of Asheville, Ala.; grandchildren, Lance and Chase Abercrombie, and Abbey and Jobey Bowden.
