Beverly Popovitch, age 64, of Stockbridge, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2003.

She retired from Delta Airlines in 1996, and was past president of The North Henry Friendship Club. Mrs. Popovitch was diagnosed with Alzheimer's six years ago and had been a resident of Dogwood Forest Assisted Living in Stockbridge since 2002. She was preceded in death by her parents, Florence and Charles Sabo, and daughter, Janet Popovitch.

Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 23 at the Chapel of Cannon-Cleveland Funeral Directors. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include her husband, William Popovitch; daughter, Sherri Popovitch Nadeau of Potomac Falls, Va.; son, Jim Popovitch of Atlanta.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60601.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, Nov. 23 at 1:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
