Group sex is wrong, wrong, wrong - By Trina Trice

I've read that back in the late 1960s and throughout the 1970s, the sexual revolution reached an all-time low with the advent of swinging, or partner swapping.

The concept appears to be derivative of the sexual orgy, something the Romans indulged in on a frequent basis.

But as we know, not even the Romans did everything right. I'm going to put myself out there by exclaiming that orgies and having multiple sex partners at one time is just wrong, wrong, wrong.

More than wrong, it's just darn nasty.

In this day and age, the words sex and safety go hand in hand. And just like with anything else, the more things you have, like sex partners, the harder it is to keep track of them.

It's not surprising to read that pop vamp-wannabe Britney Spears is dating actor Jared Leto, who dated Cameron Diaz who is currently dating Justin Timberlake.

Out of breath yet? Well, Timberlake dated Spears for four years. Leto dated Diaz for the same amount of time.

Some speculate that Spears is dating Leto to get back at Timberlake who dumped her because she cheated on him.

Spears has been using her break-up with Timberlake as tabloid fodder until she releases her new album.

She'll do just about anything to keep her name out there.

The Timberlake-Diaz-Spears-Leto soap opera doesn't constitute official swinging, but it does point to how small the celebrity dipping pool is. But regular folks are guilty of doing the same thing.

They say that when you have sex with someone, you're having sex with everyone that person has ever had sex with. That's not a pretty thought, is it?

But to go out on the town, for example, and see your ex-boyfriend dating a woman who used to date the person you're now dating. You all might as well start making out right then and there.

In college, I was always appalled when a group of friends would date one another. There are several billion people in this world, and at least 2,500 people at my college, which is enough to prevent incestuous dating and inadvertent partner swapping.

If I were Jennifer Lopez I would never date Ben Affleck knowing that his previous girlfriend was Gwyneth Paltrow.

Celebrutante Paris Hilton, heir to the Hilton Hotel fortune, has dated anything male, as do many models. So I'd never date a guy who dated really famous models. Nor would I date a guy who has dated strippers. Yuck!

Some people have been giving actress Demi Moore, who has had her share of men, criticism for dating a man 15 years younger than she is.

But I'm thinking Moore is on to something. If I wait a few more years to get back into the dating game, I can start dating younger men, preferably one from another country. That way, not only could I guarantee he hasn't sown an excessive amount of wild oats, but I won't have to worry about bumping into any of his ex-girlfriends.

When I'm with someone, I'm with one person – no swinging, no exes, no drama.
