WaterSmart and the Clean Water Campaign are holding its fall essay contest. Metro Atlanta students in sixth through eighth grades can submit their essays on water conservation and water pollution. State Superintendent of Education Kathy Cox is accepting applications for the Superintendent's Student Advisory Council.
