Randy Collins

Randy Collins, age 33, of McDonough passed away Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2004.

Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. today, Friday, Aug. 20 in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris Reynolds officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include his children, Allie Collins of McDonough and Landon Black of McDonough; mother, Darlene Collins of Hampton; father, Will Collins of Wise, Va.; brother, Donald Ray Collins of Wise, Va.; sister, Tina Lively of Birmingham, Ala.

Wanda J. Whitmire

Wanda J. Whitmire, 46, of Forest Park passed away Monday, Aug. 16, 2004, at her residence.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today, Friday, Aug. 20 at Pope Dickson & Son Morrow Chapel with Brother Bob Halstead officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until the hour of the service.

Survivors include a son, Jimmy Whitmire of Jonesboro; a sister, Martha Turner of Hampton; brothers, Leroy Whitmire of Franklin, Curtis Miller of Fayetteville, Ricky Miller of Jackson, Dennis Whitmire of Jonesboro, and Charles Whitmire, also of Jonesboro; mother, Dallas Whitmire of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Luke Richmond Whitmire and Blake Parkerson Whitmire; also, nieces and nephews.
