Dr. Leonard and Phyllis Hartline of Rex, Ga. died Monday, Nov. 29, 2004. Memorial services will begin at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3 in the chapel of the funeral home. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. the day of the service. Survivors include their daughter, Dr. Kelly and Brett Skelton of Avondale Estates, Ga.; son, Matthew Alan Hartline of Manhattan Beach, Calif.; grandson, Benjamin Hartline Skelton of Avondale Estates, Ga., Phyllis Hartline's mother, Phyllis Pirkle of West Palm Beach, Fla.; brothers, Stanley Pirkle of Miami, Fla., Thomas Pirkle of West Palm Beach, Fla., and William Pirkle.
