Master Taylor Farmer, 12, died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2004, in Conyers, Ga.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Katie Leigh Farmer, on June 15 of this year.
Funeral services will be conducted from the chapel of Harry L. White Funeral Home beginning at 2 p.m. today, Saturday, Dec. 4 with the Revs. Mike Farmer, Robert Scarborough and Bobby Westbrooks officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Conyers. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time today.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Steven and JoAnn Farmer of Conyers, and mother, Pam Farmer of Locust Grove; paternal grandparents, Darrel and Carolyn Farmer; maternal grandparent, Birdie Holsomback; and maternal great-grandmother, Carrie Holsomback.
Taylor was born in Newton County, Ga. He was appointed an honorary Conyers policeman in 2003. He was a straight-A student in school and was on the Principal's List. He also was an artist. He was a great son who will be missed very much.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
