Andrew Tanner Crews

Infant Andrew Tanner Crews passed away Monday, Dec. 13, 2004, at Henry Medical Center.

Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17 at Ward's-Parkway Chapel, with Dr. William Brannon and the Rev. John Edge officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include his mother, Melissa Ann Davenport; father, Thomas Ellis Crews Jr.; grandparents, Cynthia Davenport, Donna Crews and Thomas Crews Sr.; great-grandparents, Judy and Clifton Passmore and Jackie and Roy Lee Hester; aunt, Miranda Davenport; uncle, Wesley Harris; many other friends and relatives.

The family will receive friends from noon until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Robert Perrin "Perry" McLendon

Robert Perrin "Perry" McLendon died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004.

Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16 at Carl J. Mowell & Son Chapel, Peachtree City, with the Rev. Bill Priester officiating. Burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Mary McLendon of Fayetteville; daughter, Mary Ann (Jim) Babb of Fayetteville; son, Bob (Sharon) McLendon of Henderson, N.C.; grandchildren, Lori (Rodney) Boggs, Ann-Marie (Stephen) Henry, Matthew McLendon and Patrick McLendon; great-grandchildren, Will Henry, Kylee Boggs, Leah Henry, Sydney Henry, and Garrett Boggs; brother, General Dutch (Dot) McLendon of Macon.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society National-Georgia Chapter, 455 Abernathy Road, Atlanta, Ga.
