Forest Park's Chris Tucker and Antonio Henry both came away with championships in Saturday's Tara Classic wrestling tournament at Jonesboro High School.
Tucker won the 171-pound division while Henry won the 189-pound division. Victor Martinez also had a solid tournament, placing second at 160.
Forest Park placed seventh in the overall team standings. East Coweta won the tournament and was followed by Union Grove, Eastside, Stockbridge, Eagle's Landing and Lakeside.
"East Coweta had a great tournament," Stockbridge head coach Don Williams said.
Jonesboro placed 16th in the 18-team field.
One Jonesboro wrestler, Daniel Casenave, placed third at 160.
"He's getting better," Jonesboro head coach Chip Wludyga said. "He started the season slow but he came back and has done an outstanding job for me. He's doing really well for us."
Lovejoy, the only other Clayton County team in the tournament, placed 17th. No Lovejoy wrestlers placed.
