Two men shot a Forest Park man during an attempted robbery and drove off in a car driven by a third suspect. Roberto Paramo, 42, was changing the license plate light on his car in front of his apartment at Hunter's Bay Apartments on Old Dixie Highway around 5 p.m. Wednesday when the three men drove up, Clayton County Police Capt. Jeff Turner said. Two of the men got out of the gray sedan, approached Paramo and demanded money. "Apparently they shot him once in the right arm," Turner said. "Then they got in the car and sped off." The bullet went through Paramo's arm, ricocheted off another car and hit a nearby building. Friends of Paramo then drove him to Southern Regional Medical Center. The men did not take any money or possessions from Paramo.More like this story
