Clifford B. Duncan Sr., 83, a resident of Jackson, Ga., formerly of Locust Grove, died Friday, June 11, 2004.
He was born in Gainesville, Ga., to Deward and Nellie Duncan, was a member of New Covenent Church of God and served in the Navy during World War II.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, June 14 at the Chapel of Cannon-Cleveland Funeral Directors with the Rev. Jeff Watkins and the Rev. Arthur Smith officiating. Interment will follow at City Cemetery, Monroe, Ga., at 2 p.m.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria Duncan; sons, Clifford B. Duncan Jr. of Jackson, Ga., and Dwayne Duncan of Lilburn, Ga.; daughters, Julie (Ricky) Harris of Jackson, Ga., and Jeanette (Jenny) Duncan of McDonough, Ga.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 13 at the funeral home.
