Random gunfire continues in Clayton County which has been rocked by fatal shootings this year. Police were called to the scene of shots being fired at a house but found that apparently none of the shots had hit the house. Clayton County police officers responded to the house on Waverlyn Way near Riverdale around 3 p.m. in response to the report that somebody in a beige compact car was firing at a house there, Clayton County police Capt. Jeff Turner said. The officers found six 9mm. shell casings but no bullet holes in the house. Nobody was home at the time and there were no injuries. A search by the police helicopter did not find the car, Turner said.More like this story
