Mrs. Lillie Geneva Watson Bush, 77, of McDonough, Ga., died April 30, 2004, at Piedmont Hospital.
Mrs. Bush was born Oct. 8, 1926, in Telfair County. She was the daughter of the late Ida Leola Mays and John Madison Watson. She was a devoted homemaker and a member of McDonough First United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and McDonough American Legion Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Frank Calhoun Bush of McDonough; children, Barry Bush of Stockbridge and Bonnie Bush of McDonough; sister, Mildred Williams of Macon; grandchildren, Bianca Rollins and B.Bea Peters; and great-grandchild, Olivia Rollins. A memorial service for Mrs. Bush will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 2, 2004, at McDonough First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mac Riley officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday. Haisten Funeral Home of McDonough is in charge of arrangements. (770) 914-8833.More like this story
