Counterfeiters identified

The Clayton County Drug Task Force has released the names of some of the people accused of selling counterfeit merchandise.

Agents with the task force began the sweep on Saturday with two Clayton County flea markets and on Monday they hit around 18 businesses. The raids were the culmination of a three-month investigation, Clayton County Sheriff Stanley Tuggle said.

All of the following were arrested on a felony charge of trafficking in counterfeit merchandise.

*Jong Hu Choe, 49, and Kyong Sun Choe, 47, of Marietta, owners of Angie's Beauty Supply on Ga. Highway 85 in Riverdale and Angie's Beauty Supply II on Lake Harbin Road in Riverdale.

*Sae Hoon Chung, 29, of Marietta, arrested at the Beauty Mart on Upper Riverdale Road in Jonesboro.

*Salman S. Ali-Lakhani, 23, and Sultanali Hamani, 49, owners of Galaxy Bags & Accessories and Luxury Leather & Accessories in Southlake Mall in Morrow.

*Poong Jin Chun, 47, of Jonesboro, owner of U-Fashion Beauty Supply on Southway Drive in Jonesboro.

*Christine Baugh, 61, owner of Sacred Sassy Fashion by Chris on Forest Parkway in Forest Park.

*Woon Hoen Jung, 43, arrested at Cosmos Beauty Supply on Jonesboro Road in Forest Park.

*Kyong Sun Cheung, 51, owner of Fashion Express on Riverdale Road in College Park.

Eight other people were given misdemeanor citations during the sweep, said task force Investigator Brian Crisp, and more arrests are pending.
