William Augustus Little

William Augustus Little, 73, died Saturday, Oct. 30 at the Christian City Convalescent Center.

Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4 at the Horis A Ward Funeral Homes at Tara Chapel, 681 North Avenue, Jonesboro, Ga..

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday , Nov. 3.

Burial is at the Sherwood Memorial Park in Jonesboro immediately following funeral services.

Mr. Little (Bill) a native of Daytona Beach, Fla. served in the Naval Air Force Reserve and was stationed at the U. S. Naval Air Station in Norfolk, Va. For most of his professional career he was involved in the retail food industry beginning as a salesman for Libby, McNeil & Libby. He subsequently started Dixie Food Sales-North, which later merged with Specialty Foods.

He leaves his wife of 52 years, Nancy Young Little; children, Diane Little-Moore, Sharon Little, David Little, and Steven Little; grandchildren, Emily Little, Lauren Little, and Sophia Little. He also leaves a brother, James Ryan Little of Daytona Beach, Fla.

Mr. Little was a victim of Alzheimer's disease for a number of years and was cared for at home up until the last few years of his life at which time he became a patient at the Christian City Convalescent Center.

Tommy Skipper Oakley

Tommy Skipper Oakley, 61, of Riverdale, Ga. died Monday, Nov. 1, 2004.

He was preceded in death by his son, Tommy, "Kurt" Oakley, and mother, Margaret S. Oakley.

Memorial services will begin at 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4 at the Christian City Chapel, with the Rev. Alan Parker officiating. Interment will begin at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3 at Sawnee View Cemetery in Cumming.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra B. Oakley; daughter, Kelle Faye and Daniel Diaddigo of Ballground; daughter-in-law, Kari Oakley of Cumming; nine grandchildren; R.C. and Barbara Oakley of Hampton and Ron Oakley; nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today.

Harry F. Fallamal

Harry F. Fallamal Jr. of Jonesboro, Ga., died Oct. 30, 2004.

Harry started his career in aviation at Burnside-Ott Aviation Training Center in Opalocka, Fla. He went on to be employed at Pan American Airlines in Miami, Fla. as a flight instructor on the Boeing 777.

He is survived by his wife, Rita C. Fallamal; step-daughter, Siglinda and husband Chris Marlin; nieces, Lauren and husband Brian Vo-Schaumburg, and Roxanne Speery; and brother-in-law, Dick Speery.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3 at Tara Garden Chapel, Jonesboro, Ga. (770) 471-7171. The family will receive friends at Tara Garden from 4 to 7 p.m. before the service. A graveside service will be held on Friday, Nov. 5 at the Hills of Rest Cemetery, Floral City, Fla.
