Mrs. Marjoree Cook Crumbley, 89, of Anderson, S.C. and formerly of McDonough passed away Friday, Nov. 19, 2004.
Mrs. Crumbley was born Oct. 27, 1915, in McDonough to the late John Robert Cook and the late Dessie Chafin Cook. She was preceded in death by her husband, LeeHugh Crumbley in 1998, and a brother, James Cook. She was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Decatur, Ga. and was a retired sales associate for Rich's Department Store. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Nov. 21 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, with Pastor Rick Statham officiating. Interment will follow at McDonough City Cemetery. Friends may visit the family from 1:30 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Janet Crumbley Roe and Dr. Van Roe of Anderson, S.C.; granddaughters, Meredith Roe of Anderson and Christi Roe of Arlington, Va.; great-grandson, William Lee Driver of Anderson, S.C.
