Charlie M. Hall

Mason

Charlie M. Hall, 86, of Morrow passed away Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2004.

Mr. Hall was a member of Heatherwood Baptist Church. He was a Mason for 57 years with Lodge 10 Tabotton, Ga. He also served his country in World War II in the U.S.A. with the 43rd Division 169 Infantry. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruth Hall Kycer.

Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28 at Pope Dickson & Son Morrow Chapel, with the Rev. Tom Daughtrey and Chaplain Stan Owen officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Cherry Hall; sons, Charlie M. Hall III of Riverdale and Clifford A. Hall of Morrow; daughters, Cherry Beth Youngblood of Dahlonega, Ga., Peggy E. Oberst of Riverdale, and Debra H. Rhymer of Hampton; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Charlie W. Hutson

Charlie W. Hutson of Conley died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2004, at his residence.

Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29 at Tanner's Baptist Church in Ellenwood, Ga. Interment will follow at White Plains Baptist Church in Jefferson, Ga.

Survivors include his wife, Johnnie Hutson; daughter, Brenda and Billy Peters of Ola, Ga.; son, Danny Hutson of Senoia, Ga.; sisters, Blondine Boggs of Braselton, Ga., Gwen Rolee of College Park, Ga., and Sue Summers of Smyrna, Ga.; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, make contributions to Tanner's Baptist Church Music Fund.

David Jerome

Loftin (York)

David Jerome Loftin (York) passed away Saturday, Oct. 23, 2004.

He was preceded in death by his son, David Kyle York, and father, James R. Lofton.

Memorial services will begin at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28 at Noah's Ark Church in Jonesboro. Services may be small but the love his family has for him is great. He will be missed greatly.

Survivors include his mother, Dolores Loftin; sister, Mr. and Mrs. Redia K. (Harold) Castlebern; brother, James R. Lofton Jr.; sister, Mr. and Mrs. Shelia (Skipper) Angles; nine nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; many friends and other family members.
