The People's Baptist Knights are on the verge of making the Georgia Christian Athletic Association playoffs. The squad improved its record to 3-1 Saturday with dominating 28-8 victory against traditional GCAA power Gilead. The Knights got back on track Saturday after losing to rival Mt. Vernon last week. The Knights were led by Brent Kuhan 75 yards from the offensive side of the ball and 12 tackles to help pace the People's Academy defense. Lance Ambercrombie picked up 73 yards as part of the Knight's balanced offensive attack. Kyle Massengale scored two touchdowns en route to the Knights' win and Rick Turner caught a 40-yard pass.More like this story
