Forest Park police are looking for a homeless woman who wandered away from a shelter with three children in the height of Tuesday's stormy weather. Sheronda Kessler, 33, was babysitting three young girls, a 5-year-old, a 2-year-old and a 9-month-old when she was last seen at the Calvary Refuge Center on Thurmond Road around 9:30 a.m., according to Forest Park Police Capt. Chris Matson. She is believed to have left the shelter on foot pushing a navy blue full-sized baby stroller. Kessler is a black woman standing around 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. She has shoulder length braided hair. All three children are also black females but no further description was available. Anyone with information should call the Forest Park Police Department at (404) 366-4141.More like this story
