Mrs. Brenda Diane Fredericks, age 58, of McDonough passed away Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004 at Henry Medical Center. She was born Sept. 14, 1946 in Muscogee County, Ga. to the late Howard Dorsey and the late Margaret Joyner Dorsey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry John Fredericks, in 2002 and by a sister, Becky Story. She retired from Delta Airlines after 25 years of service, was a Delta Pioneer, a member of the Women of the Moose, and the Red Hat Society. Survivors include her son, Robby Fredericks of McDonough; siblings, Charlotte Dorsey of Smyrna, Barbara Comer of Snellville, Libby Watson, Mildred Stone, Joseph Dorsey, and Betty Driver, all of Columbus; sister-in-law, Loraine Menozzi of Tampa, Fla.; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Jan. 3, 2005 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home with Dr. Tim Dowdy officiating. Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Gardens in Tyrone, Ga.
