Dallas H. Gray Dallas H. Gray, 83, of Forest Park died Wednesday Jan. 26, 2005. He was born Sept. 7, 1922, in Lanette, Ala. He moved to Forest Park in 1956, where he started his career with Delta Airlines and retired after 27 years. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and served during World War II. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Laverne Hammock Gray; son and daughter-in-law, the Rev. Kenny and Marie Gray of McDonough; daughter and son-in-law, Priscilla and Wayne Berry of Lake City; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. "We shall keep him in our hearts forever." Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m. today, Friday, Jan. 28 at Pope Dickson & Son Funeral Home - Morrow Chapel with the Rev. Lee Morgan officiating. McDaniel, 73, of Canton died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2005. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ovie McDaniel. Survivors include her son, Donald and Carolyn McDaniel of Snellville; daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Keith Jones of Canton; grandchildren, Lauren Reimann, Katelyn and Kara McDaniel, and Kyle Jones; great-grandchildren, Taylor and Morgan Reimann; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. McDaniel was a member of The First Baptist Church in Canton. The family will receive friends for a visitation from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29 at the funeral home. Funeral services begin at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 30 at the Chapel with the Rev. Bill Scarbrough officiating. Interment follows at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
