The FBI is looking for two armed men who robbed a bank on Jonesboro Road in McDonough Friday afternoon. No shots were fired and none of the four employees at the First City Bank branch were injured during the bank robbery that took place around 3 p.m. Friday, according to FBI spokesman Steve Emmett. Emmett said both men had handguns and took an undisclosed amount of money. A surveillance camera taped the event. The men are described as black, with one being between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall, and weighing 200 pounds, and the other, about 5 feet 5 inches and weighing 155 pounds, Emmett said. He said the men may have been driving a Volvo. Lisa Wagner, who works a few doors down from the bank, said that same branch had been robbed previously. "It was probably a couple of months ago," said Wagner, who did not witness the robbery. "Other than that, there really hadn't been any problems around here."` Anyone with any information is urged to contact the FBI at (404) 679-9000.More like this story
