Morrow police are looking for a 43-year-old Asian male in connection with the shooting of another man at a Morrow restaurant Sunday afternoon.
According to police, As Hung Phan, of McDonough, allegedly shot Nghia Ho, 40, of Jonesboro, at Cafe Window on Jonesboro Road. Morrow police said Phan is scheduled to appear in Henry County court on a domestic violence charge against Ho's family, and the two men got into an argument when they crossed paths Sunday at the restaurant. Police said the restaurant manager told the men to leave, and they began fighting as they walked out. Phan allegedly fired four shots from a small-caliber weapon, striking Ho once in the abdomen and once in the leg, according to police. Ho was transported to Southern Regional Medical Center and is expected to recover. Phan was seen leaving the scene in a small red convertible bearing an auto dealer drive-out tag. Police consider him to be armed and dangerous.
