Star is a 4-year-old, solid white domestic shorthair, with gorgeous golden eyes. She was rescued from Animal Control, where she was found pregnant and in labor. Star had to have an emergency C-section delivery, but now has fully recovered from her surgery. Star has been spayed, and will be fully vaccinated prior to adoption. She is a friendly, affectionate cat, and she loves to play "chase." Because of her surgery, Star is currently being fostered in a private home, but arrangements may be made to meet and visit with her. Anyone interested in adopting Star may call Robin at (770) 478-7531. Socks is an 18-month-old, pekingnese/chihuahua mix. He has been neutered and all vaccinations are current. Socks has spent his entire life living in an isolated backyard, with very little human attention. Because of that, he is a bit frightened by anything new, but he does "warm up" once he feels comfortable. Because of his past and his small size, Socks will do best in an "adult only" home. For more information, please call Clayton County Humane Society at 770/471-9436. Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.More like this story
