William Curtis Smith Mr. William Curtis Smith of Riverdale died Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at Portsbridge Hospice. Chapel services begin at 11 a.m. Friday, March 4 with the Rev. Jeff Lowe officiating. Interment follows at Oak Grove Cemetery in McRae, Ga. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Mae "Dot" Smith; daughters, Denise and Wendell Lyle of Fayetteville and Sandra and Ray Ellard of Alderson, W.Va.; sons, Nelson Curtis and Carla Smith of Palmetto, Fla. and Denny and Judy Smith of Lilburn; brother, Christopher Columbus Smith of Towns, Ga.; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today. Horis A. Ward Funeral Homes, Tara Chapel, Jonesboro, is in charge of arrangements. (770) 471-7171More like this story
