The case against a woman accused of gunning down her former lover's new girlfriend has been bound over to a grand jury.
After a preliminary hearing held Tuesday a Clayton County Magistrate Court judge found enough evidence to proceed with the murder charge against 23-year-old Kimberly Taylor, according to a Magistrate Court clerk.
The charge against Taylor stems from the April 8 incident in which police say she shot to death 24-year-old Elisha Nicole Brown of College Park while she was smoking a cigarette with Charlotte Harris in the yard of a house on Magnolia Drive in Jonesboro. Harris was in a relationship with Brown had had been in one with Taylor.
