Glenn Edward Brittingham of Rex died Sunday, May 1, 2005, at Henry Medical Center.
Chapel services begin at 2 p.m. today, Friday, May 6. Interment follows at Sherwood Memorial Park.
Survivors include his wife, Gail Brittingham; daughters, Katrina Brittingham and Tamara and Dean Jarvis; stepdaughter, Christy Jones; sons, Jason and Cathy Brittingham and Chad Brittingham; brother, Vernon Brittingham; eight grandchildren.

Royce Lawrence Crane
Royce Lawrence Crane, 63, of Morrow, Ga. passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2005.
He was a member of the Forest Park Moose Lodge, the Forest Park Masonic Lodge, owner of Brooks Restaurant in the Fairview Community for eight years, and worked for Ford Motor Company for 31 years.
Mr. Crane is survived by his wife, Nancy Crane; daughters, Dena (Aubie) Campbell of Stockbridge, Gina (Brian) Bush of Mobile, Ala., and Selena (Mark) Yamasaki of McDonough; grandchildren, Mitch, Samantha, Alley, Corey, Brannon, and Malaya; sister, Pat Thurman of Gainesville, Ga.
Funeral services begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 7 at Ward's Fairview Chapel with the Rev. Mike Smith officiating. Interment to follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today.

Mr. Teddy Lee Hancock (TL) of Morrow, Ga. passed away at his home Tuesday, May 3, 2005.
He leaves behind a wife, Mrs. Ruby Hancock of Morrow, Ga.; brothers, Mr. William Hancock of North Carolina, Mr. Charley Hancock of North Carolina, and Mr. Oscar Hancock of Jackson, Ga.; sisters, Ms. Mable Hancock of North Carolina, Ms. Marie Fox of Florida, Ms. Mallie Hancock of North Carolina, and Ms. Mable Hancock of North Carolina. He is preceded in death by a brother, Mr. Al Hancock.
The visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be Saturday, May 7 at 2 p.m. at Pope Dickson & Son - Jonesboro Chapel with the Rev. William Hancock officiating.

Patricia Jackson, born Nov. 28, 1944, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, May 4th, 2005.
Mrs. Jackson, a graduate of Forest Park High School, also worked at Publix in Mount Zion and was very dedicated to her family. Above all, Pat was a source of inspiration to her children, a caring wife, a loving daughter and sister, and a great friend to all who knew her. She is joined in eternity by her son Chris Duffey.
Patricia Jackson is survived by her husband, Lamar Jackson; her sons, Trent Duffey, Jason Duffey, and Clint Jackson; her mother and father, George and Margaret Mapp; her sisters; Sharon Braley, Deborah Morgan, Kathy Hardigree and Marianne Smith; eight grandchildren, and many other loving relatives.
A viewing will be held on tonight, Friday, May 6 from 4 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Era Belle Kuhne of Fayetteville passed away Thursday, May 5, 2005, at the age of 86.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, May 9. at Ward's Tara Chapel with interment to follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The Rev. Elvis Hester will officiate.

Mrs. Kuhne is survived by daughters Melba Beasley of Surprise, Ariz. and Carrie Cook of Tyrone; sons, Robert Kuhne of La Mesa, Calif., Wayne Kuhne of Fayetteville, and Glenn Kuhne of McDonough; sister, Jewell Barber of Deberry, Fla.; 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Betty R. Mitchell, 64, of Jonesboro, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2005.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Donna Mitchell; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Rick Akin; son and daughter-in-law, Hollis and Beverly Mitchell; 10 grandchildren, Jeremy Brooks, Josh Mitchell, Bobby Elder, Jared Mitchell, Amanda Schmenk, Jonathan and Jacob Chavis, Arron Akin, Meagan Rambler, and Taylor Mitchell. She also has six great-grandchildren and the family is expecting a seventh great-grandchild. There are also several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Mitchell was a member of Panhandle Baptist Church. She was previously employed as a cashier at Morrison's Cafeteria.
Her family will receive friends for visitation at Panhandle Baptist Church, 790 Hampton Road, Hampton, Ga. 30338, from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2005. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2005, with the Rev. Kenneth Magness officiating. Interment will be at Stringfellow Cemetery in Wilmer, Ala. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family may be mailed to the church at the above address.
