Kevin Lee Cannady

Mr. Kevin Lee Cannady, 42, of McDonough passed away Thursday, May 12, 2005, at the Sacred Journey Hospice.

Kevin was born Oct. 22, 1962, in Orlando, Fla. to Johnny and Marjorie Cameron Cannady. He was a mechanic and attended Stockbridge Assembly of God.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Nathan Jones of McDonough; grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan, and Hailey Jones; parents, Johnny and Marjorie Cannady of Boaz, Ala.; siblings, Johney and Sherry Cannady, Wayne Cannady, and Margaret Merritt, all of Senoia, Ga., and Carol Lytle of Enterprise, Ala.; adopted sister, Susie Cannady of Boaz, Ala.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, May 15 at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery in Jasper, Ga. at 4:30 p.m.

Friends may visit the family from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Tisa Edwards

Tisa Edwards, 40, of Atlanta died Monday, May 9, 2005.

She is survived by husband Allen Smith of Atlanta; son and daughter-in-law, Dylan and Elisha Edwards of Forest Park; daughter, Christie Smith of Atlanta, mother, Donna Handley of Rex; sister, Connie Allen of Huntsville, Ala.; brother, Shane Handley of Rex; grandmother, Hazel Evans of Rex; aunt, Shawnee Allen of Birmingham, Ala.

Memorial services begin at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 14 in the Jonesboro Chapel of Pope Dickson & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Hughland Hickman officiating.

Georgia Elizabeth Fuller

Mrs. Georgia Elizabeth Fuller, 78, of Conley died Wednesday, May 11, 2005.

She was the widow of the late Spivey Thomas Fuller Sr.

She is survived by sons Timothy Earl Fuller and Gerald Ford, both of Conley; granddaughter, Amanda Ford of Conley; grandson, Kenney Balkum of Conley; great-grandchildren, Timothy Ford, Gira Balkum, and K'wane Balkum; sister, Mrs. Mamie Ford of Florida.

Funeral services begin at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 14 in the Jonesboro Chapel of the Pope Dickson & Son Funeral Home with Brother Jimmy Hammonds officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Memorial Gardens.
