Jerry Turner, age 68, of McDonough, passed away on October 27, 2005. Mr. Turner was a member of the Stockbridge Masonic Lodge #691.
Mr. Turner is survived by his daughters, Debbie Sue Turner of Fla.; Mr. and Mrs. David and Jody Blankenship of McDonough, Mr. and Mrs. Jim and Jerry Lyon Moon of Williamson, GA.; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; wife of 27 years, Mary Alice Allen; brother, Larry Turner of High Falls, GA; sisters, Barbara Harris of Jackson, GA, Patsy Bennett of Locust Grove, GA, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Turner will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Ward's Fairview Chapel with Pastor Jerry Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at The Rock Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, October 28 from 6-9 PM at the funeral home.

Jim G. Clark Jr.
A memorial service celebrating the life of James “Jim” G. Clark Jr. will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005 at the Ole Country Church at 2549 Highway 155 North, McDonough, Ga. 30252.
He went to be with the Lord on Oct. 26, 2005 while at Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough. A resident of McDonough, he was originally from Anderson, S.C. and moved to the Atlanta area as a pipefitter with the Plumbers Steamfitters and Service Technicians Local Union No. 72, retiring in 2001. An active church member he also enjoyed motorcycling and woodworking.
He s survived by his wife, Marilyn J. Clark; daughter, Tracey C. Glazener and her husband Steve; son, James G. Clark III and his wife Susan; and stepson Jonathan Taylor, all of Stockbridge, Ga. He has four grandchildren, Tyler and Jacob Glazener, and Joshua and April Clark. In lieu of flowers, Jim requested that donations be made to missions in care of The Ole Country Church.
