Aja is a 4 year old Lynxpoint Siamese mix, with medium length hair. She has been spayed and all vaccinations are current. Aside from being absolutely beautiful, Aja is also a very sweet, affectionate cat. She loves people and will attempt to be the center of attention when people are present. She is currently living in the humane society office, where she is constantly exposed to new cats and dogs coming into the shelter, and she tolerates the influx of new animals well, although she does seem to prefer to keep her distance. Aja's beauty and wonderful disposition would make her a wonderful addition to most any family. For more information, please call Clayton County Humane at (770) 471-9436. Ally is a 6 year old American Pit Bull. She has been spayed and all vaccinations are current. Ally was rescued from Animal Control where she had been scheduled for euthanasia due to her extremely poor condition. When volunteers from the humane society rescued Ally, she was malnourished, blind in one eye, looked as if she had just delivered puppies, and was heartworm positive. Her medical needs were addressed and corrected, and Ally is the picture of health now. However, Ally's former life seems to haunt her still and she is very frightened of strangers. Once she gets to know a new person, she is a wonderful girl and a loving companion. She loves to play with her toys, she enjoys taking leash walks, and she will make every attempt to sit in any available lap. Ally does not do well with other animals so she should be an "only pet". Ally came to the humane society four and a half years ago and it is time that she be in a real home, with a loving family. With a little time and patience, Ally would be a wonderful companion for the right person.
