Mrs. Mandy Evelene Flowers, 71, of Morrow passed away Thursday, September 15, 2005. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her husband, Ben Lucas Flowers; children, Mary Inez James of Temple, GA., Paula Lawyer of Rex and Tena Anthony of Morrow; step-daughter, Linda Cox of Griffin; brothers and sisters, Elena Rolador of Atlanta, Gene Moore of Pleasant Shade, TN., Freeman Moore of Austell, Olin Moore of Riverdale, and Mary Lou Sinyard of Jonesboro; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, 18 nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 17, 2005, 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Brother Wally Holden officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia Society of America, Inc., Georgia Chapter, 2625 Cumberland Pkwy., Suite 205, Atlanta, GA 30339, phone 770-438-6006 in memory of Mrs. Flowers. The family will receive friends today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Charles Ray Kimbell

Mr. Charles Ray Kimbell of Jonesboro passed away Thursday, September 15, 2005 at the age of 70.

Mr. Kimball is survived by his wife, Betty E. Kimbell; Sons, Keith and Leslie Kimbell, Charles Ray Kimell II and Angela, and John Alvin and Elise Kimbell; Daughter, Patricia K. and Lance Everett; 13 Grandchildren, Charity, Charis, Mareh, Nathanael, Micah, Taylor, Heather, Charlie, John, Alex, Elizabeth, Mary, Claire and Michael.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 17, at 2:00 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Georgia. He will lie instate at 12:00 noon at New Hope with interment to follow in the Church Cemetery. Rev. Barry Thompson and Pastor Roy Mack officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 2175 Northlake Parkway, Suite 144, Building #4, Tucker, Ga. 30084. The family will receive friends today from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
