Joyce E. Skinner, age 71, died at her home in Rex, Ga. on Sept 14, 2005.
She is survived by her husband Mr. Jimmie R. Skinner and three sons: Neal Skinner of Griffin, Ga.; Phillip L. Skinner of Rex, Ga. and Joseph Skinner of Stockbridge, Ga. eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The funeral will be on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2005 at 2 p.m. in the Pope Dickson & Son Morrow Chapel with the Rev. Mike Smith officiating. Interment at College Park Cemetery.
