Margie Nell "Tootsie" Weathington

Margie Nell "Tootsie" Weathington, age 77 of Morrow, passed away Monday, September 26, 2005. Ms. Weathington is predeceased by her husband, Herman Weathington and is survived by her daughter, Gail Harris and husband Edward of Morrow; grandchildren, Randy (Angela) Daniel and Jarred Daniel all of Jackson, Dan (Sherry) Earnest of Hiram and James (Vicky) Kenney of Villa Rica; great-grandchildren Kayla J.J., Austin and Summer Daniel, Rob and Torie Kenney and Andian Earnest.

Funeral services for Ms. Weathington will be held Thursday, September 29, 2005 at 3:30 p.m. at Ward's Fairview Chapel with the Rev. Ernie Dorries officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Wednesday, September 28 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

J. B. Canady

J. B. Canady, age 66, of McDonough, Ga. died Monday, September 26, 2005. He was born in Corsicana, Texas to Lon S. and Evelyn Garrett Canady. J.B. was an avid golfer who played until his health would not let him. He then watched T.V. and loved the Dallas Cowboys and loved to write.

J.B. was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Canady and father, Lon S. Canady and is survived by wife, Luise Canady, McDonough; daughters, Angela D. Franklin, Stockbridge, Kelly R. Canady, McDonough; mother, Evelyn Smith, Arlington, Texas; brother, Jerry Canady, Texas; sister, Patricia Gordell, Texas; grandchildren, Anthony, Ashley, Jessica, Joshua, Nicholas, Dylan, Kendrick, Kylie; and several cousins.

Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2005 at Chapel of Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors. Inurnment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens with military honors.
