Local swim teams converged on the Steve Lundquist Aquatics Center Wednesday night as two meets were held during the weekly competition. In the first meet of the day, the Lovejoy Wildcats won both the boys and girls meets. Lovejoy rolled to the girls' title with 421 points. Upson-Lee was in second place with 190 points. Mt. Zion was third with 164 points and North Clayton was in fourth place with 105. Lovejoy won the boys meet with 418 points. Upson-Lee was second with 287 points, North Clayton was third with 173 points and Mt.Zion was fourth with 92 points. In the last meet of the day, McIntosh High School won the girls meet with 468 points, Jonesboro was second with 394 points, Morrow was third with 307 points and Mundy's Mill was fourth with 27points. McIntosh won the boys meet with 495 points. Jonesboro was second with 312 points, Morrow was third with 126 points and Mundy's Mill fourth with 46 points.More like this story
