Retired judge joins Atlanta law firm

The former Chief Judge of the Clayton County Superior Court, Stephen E. Boswell, has joined the firm of Finch McCraine, LLP.

Boswell is a recently retired jurist, who spent 13 years as a Clayton County Superior Court judge, and 16 years in private practice around the Atlanta area, before joining the Atlanta law firm on Monday, according to Richard W. Hendrix, a partner in the firm.

"Our firm is proud to have Judge Boswell," Hendrix said. "He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from having been involved in literally hundreds of trials over his career. He'll be an invaluable resource."

Boswell will join the firm as counsel, and will work on personal injury, wrongful death and government fraud, "whistleblower" cases.

Finch McCraine, LLP is an "all-litigation" law firm, established more than 40 years ago. The firm has offices in Atlanta and Locust Grove, and received the state's first million-dollar jury verdict. The firm's practice includes, personal injury, wrongful death, white collar criminal defense and government fraud, "whistleblower" cases.
