Cindy Tankersley
Cindy Tankersley, of McDonough, age 47, passed away Oct. 23, 2007. For the past 15 years, she was a schoolteacher, first in Clayton County, and most recently, at Pleasant Grove Elementary School in Henry County. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Stefani Leigh and Brandon Steven White, of Enterprise, Ala.; son, William Richard Tankersley, of Peachtree City; brother and sister-in-law, James Crawford and Marrlee Heath, of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Cole Mitchell White and Cayleigh Stevie White. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m., on Thursday, Oct. 25, in the chapel of Horis A. Ward Parkway Chapel, with the Rev. Candy Thacker officiating. Interment wil be at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery, in Henry County. The family will receive friends TODAY, 6-8 p.m., at Horis A Ward Parkway Chapel, 1000 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, (404) 366-3522.More like this story
