Baloo is a four and a half month old, Australian Shepherd/Husky mix.  He has been neutered and all vaccinations are current.  Baloo was surrendered to CCHS by her former "mom".  Apparently , "mom" didn't realize how many children she actually had, several months earlier when she acquired little Baloo.  Now a few months down the road, "mom" was pregnant again, and had decided that she doesn't have enough time for a dog.  So, Baloo became another victim of someone who never gave the proper amount of thought to the responsibilities of having a pet.  Baloo is a happy, sweet little guy, who loves everyone.  He does well with people, including children, and other animals.  He is extremely smart, and has almost mastered his housebreaking training.  For more information, please call Clayton County Humane Society at 770/471-9436.  Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.
Autumn is a one and a half year old, domestic shorthair calico.  She has been spayed and all vaccinations are current.  Autumn was living as a stray, when a very loyal supporter of CCHS saw her hanging around their house, and realized that this sweet kitty was pregnant.  By the time Autumn was captured, she had delivered her babies, and one was still with her.  Autumn and her sweet baby, Charlie (also available for adoption), were allowed to live in the supporter's home until space could be made at the CCHS facility.  They have now been shelter residents for many months, and they have shown to be wonderful cats.  Autumn is extremely sweet and good-natured.  She is just a tad shy, so she should probably be in a fairly calm, quiet home.  For more information, please call Robin at 770/478-7531.  Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.
