Dolly is a one year old gray and white domestic shorthair.  She has been spayed and all  vaccinations are current.  Dolly's mom had been living as a stray, in the general area of the CCHS shelter.  No one was ever able to catch "mom", so she was provided with a small house, and daily food and water.  The inevitable happened and "mom" became pregnant.  Once the babies were old enough, they were brought into the CCHS shelter to live, but "mom" continued to elude capture.  Dolly is the only baby who has not yet been adopted.  Dolly has grown into a very sweet, friendly cat.  She has grown up in the shelter around many other cats, so we know she will do well with other cats.  For more information, please call Robin at 770/478-7531.  Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org  to see other animals available for adoption.
Remington is a 7 month old Miniature Pinscher.  He has been neutered and fully vaccinated.  Poor little Remington was left behind when his former "dad" walked out on his girlfriend AND the dog.  The girlfriend was unwilling to care for Remington, so he was turned over to CCHS.  He has been a really sweet little guy, and as an added bonus, he appears to be housebroken.  For more information, please call Clayton County Humane Society at 770/471-9436.  Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.More like this story
