C. Sue Livingston
C. Sue Livingston, 74, of Jonesboro, a legal advocate for battered women and President of Samaritans Together of Clayton County, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 16, in the Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Livingston will be conducted on Saturday, Dec. 20, in the chapel of Horis A. Ward-Tara Chapel, at 1 p.m., with Pastor Wade Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, Dec. 20, from 11 a.m., until 1 p.m. Mrs. Livingston is survived by her husband, Dale Livingston, of Jonesboro; four Daughters, Linda Ing (David), Judy Matter, both of Hawaii, Cheryl Rose (Dan),of California, and DeAnne Seifarth (Eric), of Young Harris, Ga.; three Sons, Timothy Matter (Dawn), of Florida, Steve Brunk, and Douglas Livingston, both of Santa Cruz , Calif.; son-in-law, Don Jones, of California; 13 Grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was is preceded in death by her father and mother, William A. and Delta Oberly Momblow; two daughters, Gayle Lick and Janet Jones; and a son, Joseph Matter .
