Tokiko Threat
Tokiko Threat, 74, of Rex, passed away Dec. 22, 2208. Tokiko is survived by her husband, N.E. Threat; two sons, Junichi and Nicky Eugene Threat, both of Rex; mother, Haru Toma, of Okinawa, Japan; four sisters, Nariko Smithey, of Escondido, Calif., Mitsuko Tajalle, of San Diego, Calif., Yobo Toma, of Okinawa, Japan, and Hiroko Yanagihara, of Osaka, Japan; one brother, Masahiro Toma, of Tokyo, Japan, and extended family. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 27, at 11 a.m., in the Fairview Chapel of Horis A. Ward, with Chaplin Col. Carl S. Young and Dr. Jerry O. Threat officiating. Interment will take place at Fairview Memorial Gardens at a later date. The family will receive friends, from 2 p.m., to 4 p.m., and 6 p.m., to 8 p.m., at the funeral home on Friday, Dec. 26.
