Pets of the Week - Feb. 14, 2008

Britt is a two and a half year old, Tortie/Tabby British Shorthair.  She has been spayed and fully vaccinated.  Britt was found at Animal Control, very pregnant and on the "kill list".  CCHS staffers knew that Britt and her babies needed to be saved; so she was rescued and sent to live at the CCHS shelter.  Britt is a very sweet girl, but she is timid and afraid of loud noises or sudden movement.  While at the shelter, poor Britt has remained in a cage because of the chaotic environment around her.   Because of this, Britt is likely going to do best in an "adult-only" home.  For more information, please call Robin at 770/478-7531.  Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.

Noah is a one and a half year old, domestic longhair.  He is a beautiful charcoal gray color, with a small white bib.  Noah has been neutered and fully vaccinated.  He was originally picked up as a stray, and turned over to CCHS.  He is a sweet, and very playful little boy, but tends to "bully" other cats at times.  Noah will likely do best as an "only cat".  Because of this, Noah has to live in a cage at the CCHS shelter.  If you would like adoption information regarding Noah, please call Robin at 770/478-7531.  Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.
